Specialist Intensive Care Nurse

Alexianer St. Hedwig Kliniken GmbH is seeking a full-time specialist intensive care nurse for St. Hedwig Hospital in Berlin. The role involves caring for intermediate care and intensive care patients on an interdisciplinary ward.

• Monitor and provide nursing care for intermediate care and intensive care patients on our interdisciplinary ward
• Work closely with other professional groups, departments and wards
• Involve and advise relatives and accompanying persons
• Attend meetings and training sessions

• Completed vocational training as a registered general nurse, elderly care nurse, qualified nurse or specialist nurse in anaesthesia and intensive care (m/f/d)
• Extensive knowledge of intensive care nursing and confidence in intensive care ward procedures
• Knowledge of how to use medical equipment in an intensive care ward
• Strong interpersonal skills and enjoyment of working with people
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility, with a willingness to contribute actively to a team
• An open mind and willingness to cooperate
