About this Apprenticeship

Part-time position (50% - 65%) in the Client Management department of Alexianer-Region Aachen/ViaNobis in Gangelt, focusing on billing of outpatient youth welfare services.

What You'll Learn

Billing of outpatient services for youth welfare
Pre-controlling and reconciliation within the IT systems (Sopart and SAP)
Receivables management/account reconciliation
Applying for assistance from funding bodies
Carrying out analyses and evaluations
Master data maintenance in our IT system (Sopart)
Correspondence with external partners
Administrative tasks

Requirements

A completed commercial vocational training, ideally with further training as a business administrator (m/f/d), or a degree in business administration
Professional experience in accounting or social assistance law
Very good MS Office skills, SAP knowledge if applicable
Independent, structured and responsible way of working
Business thinking, strong affinity for numbers, analytical thinking and a strategic, solution-oriented approach.
