Welcome to Allianz You want to gain practical experience in marketing and get to know one of the most exciting target groups? Then become part of our team at Allianz and support us in reaching young adults with creative campaigns, social media actions and innovative formats. In the Market Management department of Allianz Versicherungs-AG, you work on projects around the target group Generation Z. Together with colleagues from various departments, you develop ideas, implement measures and make the Allianz brand tangible on channels like TikTok, Twitch and at live events in the everyday life of young people.

• You help plan, organize and carry out social media campaigns, challenges and actions for young adults.
• You research current social media trends, creator formats and topics that move Gen Z, and actively bring in your ideas.
• You help design and create content for platforms such as TikTok, Twitch and other digital channels.
• You help prepare and support live events, festivals and marketing actions.
• You coordinate project tasks, prepare presentations and work closely with internal and external partners.
• You take on your own sub-projects and guide them from idea to implementation

• You study marketing, communication science, media management, journalism, public relations or a comparable program and are ideally at an advanced stage of your studies.
• Social media is part of your daily life and you know current trends, formats and platforms such as TikTok, Instagram or Twitch.
• You enjoy developing content, helping shape campaigns and putting creative ideas into practice.
• You have very good German skills, spoken and written, and a good sense for audience-appropriate communication.
• You can regularly work on site in Unterföhring 1 to 2 days per week.
• Openness to creative and innovative solutions and enjoyment of working with forward-looking technologies such as artificial intelligence or internal ChatGPT.
