Working Student - HR

As a working student in HR, you will gain insight into the HR products, processes, and workflows of Allianz Versicherungs-AG and contribute to the success of the HR department.

• Support the HR Business Partners in day-to-day operations, e.g. processing requests or preparing contract documents
• Support the recruiting process (coordinating with managers and posting job ads)
• Gain first knowledge of HR work and common HR systems (e.g. SAP, SuccessFactors)
• Create and evaluate reports and statistics
• Opportunity to work on exciting HR projects
• Participate in regular team meetings and cross-department meetings

• Bachelor's or Master's studies in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, Business Psychology or a comparable degree program
• Strong enthusiasm for people and HR work
• Not afraid to approach employees and managers
• Reliable, conscientious and with strong initiative
• Very well organized, proactive and happy to work independently within a collegial team
• Confident use of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
• Openness to creative and innovative solutions and enjoyment of forward-looking technologies such as artificial intelligence or internal ChatGPT
