Working Student in HR and Communications

Allianz Kunde & Markt GmbH is looking for a working student (m/f/d) at its Unterföhring location to support the Brand, Marketing & Growth division. The position combines internal and external communications with employee development, employee surveys, events, and cross-functional communities.

• Support with internal and external corporate communications (intranet/LinkedIn)
• Help organize and run annual large events, e.g. the AKM health day with exciting guest speakers, as well as internal employee development programs
• Support with evaluating and preparing employee surveys as well as controlling and reporting tasks
• Support with strategic people development topics
• Help organize and run the internal leadership development program
• Build and look after various communities, e.g. the working student community
• Support with creating management presentations, including for board and management meetings
• Chance to work on exciting AI projects and work with numbers, data and facts

• Active bachelor's studies from the 3rd semester or master's studies, preferably in human resources management, psychology, communication science or a comparable degree program, or alternatively relevant practical experience
• Availability for a period of at least one year desirable
• Excellent oral and written expression in German
• Good English skills desirable
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel and Teams, desirable
• First practical experience, ideally in insurance or finance, consulting or another large company
• High sense of personal responsibility, enjoyment of teamwork and strong quality awareness
• Openness to creative and innovative solutions and enjoyment of working with forward-looking technologies such as artificial intelligence or internal ChatGPT.
