At our location in Unterföhring near Munich, you support the Product and Portfolio Management Homeowners and Household Insurance in strategic issues, project and analysis activities as well as organizational topics. In doing so, you also gain insights into the exchange with executives and other stakeholders and take on responsibility for your own tasks early on.

• You prepare strategic management meetings and create convincing presentations and decision papers
• You analyze data, get to the point and derive clear recommendations
• You actively work in cross-department projects and agile project setups
• You support project management and track measures and results
• You independently take on tasks in internal communication and stakeholder coordination
• You help plan, organize and run workshops, events and team formats
• You contribute your own ideas on AI-supported solutions and new ways of working

• Quick grasp, structured and results-oriented way of working and an eye for the big picture
• Advanced Bachelor's or ongoing Master's studies in economics, natural sciences or engineering, computer science or similar
• First practical experience in the financial industry, in consulting or at ambitious start-ups
• Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word, and common AI applications
• Professional manner and the ability to present even complex matters simply and convincingly
• Initiative, commitment and real team spirit
• Fluent German and English
• Openness to creative and innovative solutions and enjoyment of working with forward-looking technologies such as artificial intelligence or internal ChatGPT
