The department Real Estate Management & Solutions (REMS) is responsible for the operation of Allianz locations in Germany. Our claim is to provide employees with sustainable and environmentally certified office buildings with a feel-good character - from modern office spaces to café bistros and restaurants. As a Center of Competence for Corporate Real Estate Management, we work in an exciting and dynamic field. In the REMS Office, we support the department management with strategic, organizational and communication topics.

• You prepare complex content, concepts and strategic topics in a visually appealing way suited to the audience
• With convincing PowerPoint presentations you support management for workshops and events
• You support workshops, meetings and internal communication activities from preparation to follow-up
• In daily business you contribute to organizational topics and projects
• Everything from research tasks to organization to implementation, where your hands-on mentality counts

• You are in a Bachelor's or Master's program in real estate, business administration or a comparable field and are interested in real estate topics and project management
• Very good Microsoft Office skills (especially PowerPoint) and a strong sense of modern, professional slide design
• A structured, independent and reliable way of working as well as enjoyment of teamwork
• Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
