HR Specialist

• You will strengthen our 6-person HR team at the Stuttgart location on a fixed-term basis until mid-2028.
• Holistic personnel support for employees and managers along the entire employee lifecycle.
• Advising specialists and managers on all personnel-related issues including labor law & co-determination.
• Preparation and support of payroll accounting in cooperation with external service providers.
• Operational HR work (e.g., contract management, on-/offboarding, personnel changes, absence and disciplinary management).
• Participation in the further development and standardization of HR processes (e.g., Personio, IVU).

• Degree with HR focus or advanced training in human resources (e.g., certified HR specialist, business administrator).
• Several years of professional experience in a generalist HR function or as an HR specialist.
• Alternatively: commercial apprenticeship with HR focus and extensive relevant professional experience in personnel support.
• Sound knowledge of labor law and works constitution law as well as consulting experience with managers.
• Independent, structured, and resilient working style.
