Start date: by arrangement. How can work processes in a bank be made simpler, faster, and more reliable? Our Team Process Development Financial Markets at LBBW works on this. We belong to the Operations Financial Markets division. We ensure that millions of capital market transactions reach their destination safely, quickly, and in compliance with regulations. We rethink processes end-to-end – with a clear focus on 'One Touch' and Straight-Through Processing and the use of digital enabler technologies such as AI and automation. This scales LBBW's growing capital market and custodian business and simultaneously delivers services for the Sparkassen Group.

You support us in documenting processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and testing digital solutions. You graphically represent work processes with our process modeling tool BIC, coordinate them with the responsible colleagues, and keep the documentation up to date. You support our team in analyses and in the preparation of decision templates and presentations for division management. You identify optimization potentials and test automations together with the team, e.g., AI-supported workflows for document classification or plausibility checks, to increase quality and efficiency.

You are a convinced team player – we always win together! You are studying at a university (Bachelor/Master, at least 3rd semester) and are interested in interdisciplinary work, process design, and process optimization – giving you the ideal basis for your entry. You are proficient in MS Office and skilled in using AI tools. Ideally, you have gained initial professional experience in process optimization, consulting, or projects through internships and working student activities. You see change as an opportunity, are creative, and bring innovative strength to drive new developments with enthusiasm. You take responsibility for topics independently and actively shape them.
