Your practical training takes place in the sales areas of BW-Bank. You are deployed at the service counter and together with financial and specialist advisors in consulting. In the process, you will learn many topics, from service and savings products, to investment advice and securities business, to consumer loans and construction financing.

Comprehensive: Get your own picture of the different areas - from upscale private to corporate customers. From the start, you gain exciting insights into various branches and customer structures. Diverse: As a universal bank, we cover a wide range of banking products - that is exciting and challenging at the same time. You will get to know them all and have a good overview of the conditions. Customer-oriented: Our customers trust your professional advice. You open accounts, advise them on our service and savings products, and find the ideal solutions for their individual needs. In addition, you support the specialist advisors in holistic consulting. Exciting: Your creativity is in demand. Develop a sales project for your market area together with the other apprentices and present it to managers. The best part: Good projects are actually implemented, for example a project to increase Google ratings in branches. Helpful: Do you like to pass on your knowledge? Our apprentices go to schools and give insights into the financial and professional world: from info on checking accounts and investments to tips on career orientation or the application process. Also at apprenticeship fairs or assessment centers, you talk about your experiences from everyday apprenticeship life or act as a mentor. Social: As part of our social projects, you can do good. For example, as a helper in the children's city Stutengarten, as a youth leader, or for a few days at one of our projects "Participation is a matter of honor". The offer is voluntary. You will be released from work for the time and your salary continues as normal.
