Occupational Therapist

Asklepios is looking for an occupational therapist (f/m/d) part-time as soon as possible for the Asklepios day clinic in Pößneck.

• Assessment, planning, delivery and evaluation of individual and group occupational therapy, including home visits
• Independent delivery of therapy offerings and joint design of offerings with other therapists
• Use of manual, creative and everyday-life methods
• Tailoring therapy to patients' individual resources, needs and treatment goals
• Close cooperation in the multiprofessional treatment team in meetings
• Appointment management and proper documentation of treatment progress
• Contributing to the further development of occupational therapy offerings and the therapeutic concept

• State recognition as an occupational therapist/degree in occupational therapy
• High motivation to treat people with mental illness, ideally professional experience in psychiatry
• Driving licence class B
• An empathetic, appreciative and professional manner and enjoyment in designing individual and group sessions
• Independent, patient-centred implementation of activity- and action-oriented occupational therapy concepts, as well as flexibility and
• Sense of responsibility
• A structured, solution-oriented way of working and openness to working in different inpatient and outpatient treatment areas
• Collegial, team-oriented conduct, good communication skills
