Nursing Assistant Apprenticeship, Starting 1 October 2027

An 18-month nursing assistant apprenticeship at Asklepios Klinik Seligenstadt, starting on 1 October 2027. Classroom teaching alternates with practical training. You will support nursing staff in patient care and gain experience in different inpatient specialties. Together with a lower secondary school certificate, this qualification allows you to go on to train as a qualified nurse.

• Support nursing staff in caring for patients.
• Carry out basic care tasks independently and help with preparation and follow-up work.
• Assist nursing staff with more complex clinical care tasks.
• Complete 18 months of training with alternating classroom and practical blocks.
• Complete practical placements in different inpatient areas at Asklepios clinics in Seligenstadt and learn about different specialties and wards.
• Receive practical training through cooperation with the company's clinics and many regional healthcare facilities.
• Attend the education centre located directly in the clinic in Seligenstadt.

• A lower secondary school certificate or another completed school qualification of an equivalent level.
• Confident spoken and written German at B2 level or above.
• A responsible attitude, motivation and empathy.
• An open and caring approach to people of all ages.
• Medical fitness for the role.
• A valid work and residence permit, if applicable.
