Our Medical Care Center in Weißenfels includes medical practices of the following specialties: general medicine, internal medicine – hematology/oncology, internal medicine – cardiology, gynecology, trauma surgery, general surgery, proctology, neurosurgery, pediatrics, child and adolescent psychiatry and dermatology. We are looking to expand our outpatient structures and strengthen our team as soon as possible on a part-time basis: Specialist in General Surgery (f/m/d)

• Independent outpatient patient care in our medical team
• Therapy at eye level and in direct cooperation with patients
• Collegial cooperation with the other MVZ and panel doctors
• Interdisciplinary and interprofessional cooperation with all staff involved in patient care
• Commitment to the further development of new concepts
• Desirable: Performance of outpatient operations
• Co-design of our acute practice in close cooperation with the ZNA of the clinic and the other medical practices

• Completed degree in human medicine and German medical license
• Completed specialist training in general surgery
• Interest in shaping and developing the processes and structures of a practice as a team
• Interest in continuous self-development and participation in further training
• Knowledge of common IT applications
• Considerable degree of social and emotional intelligence
• Good communication and team skills
