• Practical IT training: You will learn to install, configure and maintain IT systems, networks, hardware and software.
• Technical support: You support users with technical questions and help with error analysis and problem solving.
• IT infrastructure and networks: You assist in the administration of servers, clients, networks as well as cloud and security solutions.
• Project work and digitalisation: You work on exciting IT projects and gain insights into modern technologies and digital processes.

• Interest in IT and technology: You enjoy information technology, computers, networks and technical contexts.
• Educational background: You have a good secondary school diploma (Realschulabschluss), entrance qualification for universities of applied sciences (Fachhochschulreife) or general university entrance qualification (Abitur).
• Analytical thinking: You approach tasks in a structured way, recognise connections and like to develop solutions.
• German language skills and communication strength: You have very good German skills in word and writing as well as a quick grasp and a strong service orientation.
• Team spirit and willingness to learn: You like working with others, take responsibility and want to continuously develop yourself.
