As a Real Estate Financing Specialist B2B, you support wealth advisors with complex financing requests about private real estate financing, coordinate cooperation with financing partners and help create tailor-made financing solutions for customers.

• You professionally support wealth advisors with real estate financing and follow-up financing and develop individual financing concepts for different customer situations.
• You coordinate cooperation with financing partners, banks and credit institutions, evaluate financing options and identify optimal solutions.
• You follow financing requests from submission to the credit decision, check documents for completeness and ensure high process and advisory quality.
• You support sales with professional questions about real estate financing, credit checks, product solutions and regulatory requirements.

• You have solid knowledge in arranging, advising on or processing real estate financing and know the requirements of the financing and lending business.
• You hold the expertise certification under § 34i GewO and have several years of practical experience in advising on or arranging real estate financing, ideally in financial sales organizations, intermediary organizations, banks or financial service providers.
• You can explain complex financing matters clearly, work in a service-oriented way and communicate confidently with sales partners, banks and other parties.
• You ideally have training in banking, as a real estate agent (Immobilienkaufmann/-frau) or a comparable qualification.
