Apprenticeship as Industrial Mechanic

You enjoy tinkering, have a knack for precision, and want to know how machines come to life? Starting 1 August 2027 we offer a 3.5-year apprenticeship. In our modern training workshop you will learn all essential basics: manual skills such as marking out, and machining skills such as turning, milling and other processes. After the workshop phase you rotate through the plant, handling new construction, repair and maintenance of machines, welding, and internships in control technology, pneumatics, hydraulics and CNC technology, plus project work.

Secondary school diploma (or expected), good grades in mathematics, physics, technology, computer science and German, technical understanding, manual dexterity, eye for detail, logical thinking, enjoyment of problem-solving, teamwork.

38-hour week, welcome and induction events, driving licence subsidy up to €1,250, rent subsidy up to €200 per month, regular appraisal talks, job-specific seminars and training, above-tariff apprenticeship pay (year 1: €1,276, year 2: €1,452, year 3: €1,638, year 4: €1,758) plus Christmas and holiday bonus, 30 days holiday, full coverage of Deutschlandticket, travel to vocational school, train stop at the factory, 50 % subsidy for Sportnavi membership.
