Dual Study - Bachelor of Science - Business Informatics and Sustainable IT

Sounds good? Starting August 1, 2027, we are looking for you for our 3- to 3.5-year dual study program as Bachelor (m/f/d) of Science - Business Informatics and Sustainable IT.

During your project phases, you will get to know various areas of our IT services – for example, in-house consulting, project management, or support. In operational application development, you will actively support as an SAP in-house consultant in solving exciting tasks from various areas of Storck. You will develop practical IT solutions independently, using modern programming techniques such as object-oriented programming (OOP). In addition, you will participate in extensive SAP training and build up sound knowledge. Your studies take place in six theory blocks of 10 weeks each at Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences (Campus Lingen) or at HSBI (a choice for you) – in a modern, family-like study environment with small study groups. In the theory phases, you will deal with diverse content, including: business administration (e.g., marketing and logistics), IT security and software engineering, databases, mathematics and computer science, business law. In the 5th semester, you will prove your know-how and take the IHK examination to become an IT specialist (m/f/d) (only at HS OS). Afterwards, you will write your bachelor's thesis in the 6th semester (HS OS) or 7th semester (HSBI), ideally as part of a current project at Storck.

You have at least a general higher education entrance qualification (Abitur) – or are on your way to obtaining it. You have a good mathematical understanding and are proficient in both German and English. Programming skills are a plus. Your analytical thinking and ability to abstract set you apart. With a high willingness to learn and motivation, you approach tasks reliably. Your open and sympathetic nature ensures that you can quickly integrate into various teams.
