Automotive Sales and Administration Apprenticeship

A three-year apprenticeship in automotive retail, with practical training in Stendal, Gardelegen or Brandenburg and theory at BBS Eike von Repgow Magdeburg or OSZ Werder.

• Advising and supporting customers in service and sales
• Preparing the sale of new and used vehicles
• Organising vehicle orders, registrations and deliveries
• Gaining insight into marketing, accounting and vehicle allocation
• Supporting service and sales processes
• Working with modern IT and administrative systems
• Preparing invoices and orders
• Maintaining data, scheduling appointments and handling general office administration

• Good school-leaving qualification, at least an intermediate secondary school certificate
• Interest in cars and commercial processes
• Enjoyment of working with people and an open personality
• Team spirit and reliability
• Organisational skills and a sense of responsibility
