Vehicle Manager – Used Cars & Vehicle Logistics

You like working neatly and prefer to check twice? In this position you control and maintain a lot of vehicle data and ensure that every vehicle is correctly recorded, evaluated and prepared for sale. Part of the work is routine and repeats. That's why it's especially important to work with concentration and conscientiousness.

You accept new and used cars as well as lease returns and carefully check them for visible defects and possible complaints. You assign internal key numbers and enter the vehicles in the relevant systems. You check vehicle data and equipment features and ensure that all details are complete and correct. You coordinate vehicle appraisals with experts and prepare vehicles for reconditioning. You organise the used car lot and ensure a clear parking order – for example by brand, size and priority. You check whether vehicles are parked correctly and create additional parking spaces if needed. You coordinate with the pricing team for price approval and attach price sheets or digital price tags to the vehicles. You photograph vehicles for online listings when no pictures are available yet.

You work very carefully, conscientiously and in a structured way. You can concentrate well even on recurring tasks and stay attentive when checking lots of data. You enjoy creating order and checking information precisely. You work reliably and independently and ask when details are unclear. You have a class B driving licence and are confident with digital applications or like to familiarise yourself with new systems. Training in the automotive sector is helpful but not mandatory.
