You are responsible for the dispatch of new and used vehicles. You order vehicles and keep track of production, delivery, and arrival dates. You reliably maintain vehicle and order data in our systems. You take care of vehicle setup, invoice verification, and documentation. You coordinate vehicle registration documents, registration papers, and other relevant documents. You coordinate closely with our sales, accounting, and manufacturer partners. You keep an eye on open processes and ensure that nothing falls through the cracks. You assist in preparing a smooth vehicle delivery.

You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, ideally in the automotive sector, You already have experience in vehicle dispatching or in a car dealership – or you are willing to familiarize yourself intensively, You like to organize, coordinate, and work in a structured manner, You keep an overview even with many parallel processes, You work carefully and reliably, You are confident in using digital systems and MS Office, You enjoy working with different contacts and You take responsibility for your area of responsibility.
