Nursing Specialist Quality

For our team at the Ella-Ehlers-Haus nursing home, we are looking for a Nursing Specialist Quality (m/f/d) starting immediately. The weekly working time is 20 hours in shift duty (early, late, and weekend shifts). The position is permanent. The Ella-Ehlers-Haus is an interculturally open nursing care facility with 100 places in short-term and full inpatient care as well as an attached day care with 13 places. Residents are cared for according to a holistic, activating, and resident-centered approach. The facility operates according to the AWO Bremen nursing concept and the concept of "Integrative Validation" by Nicole Richard. The facility has been interculturally open since 2003, thus also providing care and support for elderly migrants from various countries. Since 2008, the Ella-Ehlers-Haus has been certified according to DIN ISO 9001 and AWO quality criteria.

Ensuring and further developing internal quality management Preparation, support, and follow-up of quality inspections and internal audits (e.g., MD audits and home supervision) Monitoring and optimization of nursing processes and standards Participation in the implementation of legal requirements and expert standards Training and advising employees on quality standards and internal nursing processes

Qualification as a specialist in geriatric, health, or nursing care Professional experience in an inpatient or comparable facility as a ward manager or quality officer desirable High willingness to perform Very good communication skills in dealing with all professional groups Teamwork and flexibility
