Medical Director Internal Medicine and Nephrology

Braun Health Center, we are looking for a Medical Director (f/m/d) Internal Medicine and Nephrology at the earliest possible date. Location: Cochem, Bergstraße 91 | Area of deployment: Internal Medicine, Nephrology | Start date: as soon as possible | Working hours: permanent, full-time with 40 hours | Early and late shifts

• Tasks and Responsibilities:
• You assume the medical and organizational management of our medical care center (MVZ), including the further development of the service portfolio and the expansion of outpatient work.
• You are responsible for the care of our patients in the nephrological outpatient clinic (hemodialysis, home dialysis, peritoneal dialysis) and in the lipid outpatient clinic (apheresis therapy).
• As Medical Director (f/m/d), you take on leadership and development of your team, including personnel interviews and participation in recruitment.
• The active maintenance of our network with referrers (general practitioners, hospitals, specialists) as well as cooperation with our sister MVZs and the network rounds off your task profile.

• Professional Competencies:
• You are a specialist (f/m/d) in internal medicine with a focus on nephrology and have extensive professional experience in the treatment of kidney and hypertension diseases.
• Desirable: Knowledge in cardiology, diabetology, angiology, or lipidology (further training opportunities available).
• You have initial leadership experience, for example as a senior physician, think future-oriented, and act appreciatively towards employees, patients, and their relatives. Personal Competencies:
