Industrial Business Administration Apprenticeship

NUTRICHEM DIÄT + PHARMA GMBH, a wholly owned subsidiary of B. Braun Melsungen AG, offers a three-year apprenticeship in industrial business administration at its Roth site, starting on 1 September 2027. The company produces food supplements, enteral nutrition, sports nutrition and medicines.

• Purchasing and procurement: Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best materials and services.
• Sales and marketing: Help prepare offers, handle customer enquiries and plan marketing activities.
• Human resources: Help recruit new team members and organise training.
• Finance and accounting: Process invoices, calculate and analyse key figures, identify possible actions, monitor payments and prepare financial reports to keep operations running smoothly.
• Project work: Contribute your ideas to projects, help with planning and delivery, and create presentations.
• Communication and organisation: Maintain contacts, build networks and organise meetings and events, using your communication skills.

• An intermediate secondary school certificate by the start of training, with good grades in mathematics, German and English
