Apprenticeship as Commercial Clerk for Insurance and Financial Assets / Bank Sales

Start your apprenticeship at R+V Insurance – one of Germany's largest insurers. At our company, you are not alone: we accompany you on your path, support you individually, and give you the right framework to develop your strengths. In your apprenticeship in bank sales, you work closely with the Volks- and Raiffeisenbanks and learn to advise customers on important decisions regarding insurance, pension provision, and financial investments.

• Connect theory and practice: You work in the team at the point of sale in branches of the Volks- and Raiffeisenbanks and expand your knowledge at the regional vocational school.
• Understand insurance: You learn our insurance and financial products and experience what consulting with real customers looks like.
• Work in a team: You prepare and follow up on consulting talks, create offers, and support the team in closing contracts.

• Secondary school diploma or (technical) university entrance qualification
• Curiosity and enjoyment of consulting and economic topics
• Motivation to learn new things
• Driver's license at start of apprenticeship
