Project and Process Manager Operational Evaluations

Recording, structuring and prioritisation of reporting and analysis requirements from specialist departments Conception, development and further development of dashboards, reports and key figure systems in Power BI Analysis and preparation of company data from Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and other source systems Close cooperation with specialist departments and controlling to define KPIs Development of standards for reporting, data quality and key figure definitions Identification of optimisation potential through data-based analyses and derivation of action recommendations Presentation of analysis results to specialist departments, managers and management Participation in digitalisation and process optimisation projects

• Recording, structuring and prioritisation of reporting and analysis requirements from specialist departments
• Conception, development and further development of dashboards, reports and key figure systems in Power BI
• Analysis and preparation of company data from Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and other source systems
• Close cooperation with specialist departments and controlling to define KPIs
• Development of standards for reporting, data quality and key figure definitions
• Identification of optimisation potential through data-based analyses and derivation of action recommendations
• Presentation of analysis results to specialist departments, managers and management
• Participation in digitalisation and process optimisation projects

• Successfully completed degree in economics, business administration, or comparable qualification
• Relevant professional experience in controlling, ideally with focus on business partnering
• Very good practical experience with BI tools, ideally Power BI, including data modelling, visualisation and requirements implementation
• Sound knowledge of data structures, data preparation and interface logic, ideally with SQL skills
• Ability to interpret complex data
• Knowledge of healthcare sector an advantage
• Very good German and English skills
• Willingness to travel
• You work in a structured way and have the ability to translate technical requirements into meaningful reports and key figures
• You have a high level of analytical thinking and problem-solving competence
• You enjoy preparing complex data understandably and creating decision-making documents
• You appear confident towards different specialist departments and can moderate requirements in a targeted manner
