Occupational Safety Specialist / EHS Management

B. Braun is looking for an occupational safety specialist / EHS management (f/m/d) for the Aesculap division at the Tuttlingen site, in Central Services, Central Technical Services department.

• Advising and supporting on all questions of occupational safety and accident prevention under §6 ASiG
• Carrying out risk assessments and deriving suitable measures
• Analyzing workplaces with hazardous substances, assessing exposure and developing legally compliant protective measures
• Supporting the implementation of environmental standards
• Organizing and conducting training and instruction in occupational safety and environmental management
• Actively helping to design safe work systems
• Close cooperation with employers' liability insurers, authorities and internal departments
• Ensuring compliance with occupational safety, safety and environmental regulations
• Playing a key role in updating and maintaining a register of legal requirements for occupational and environmental protection
• Maintaining the existing management systems (DIN EN ISO 45001 and DIN ISO 14001)

• Completed training as an occupational safety specialist according to DGUV Regulation 2
• Several years of experience in occupational safety and environmental protection, ideally in an industrial company
• Experience with management systems for occupational health and safety and environmental protection
• Knowledge of relevant laws, standards and regulations (ArbSchG, BetrSichV, DGUV)
• Confident use of MS Office
