Registered Nurse for Patient Management, Specializing in IV Therapy

B. Braun Gesundheitsservice GmbH is seeking a registered nurse to start as soon as possible in patient management, focusing on IV therapy. The service area covers the greater Munich - Ulm - Ingolstadt - Garmisch-Partenkirchen area. This permanent role involves 40 hours per week and caring for patients in their homes.

• Coordinate patients' transfer from inpatient care as part of your daily work, maintaining regular contact with hospital discharge teams, inpatient services and community doctors.
• After transfer, provide guidance and care in patients' homes, arrange timely orders of homecare medicines and medical supplies, and coordinate with the relevant health insurers and pharmacies. This requires strong self-organization and careful work.
• Ensure patients receive the best possible care through regular progress checks and documentation using an iPad. An iPad and iPhone are provided.
• Act as a link between patients and customers, hospitals, community doctors and care facilities, and actively support sales activities.

• You have completed three-year vocational training as a registered nurse or qualified nursing professional.
• Experience in homecare and further qualification as a nursing specialist in IV therapy, stoma care, continence or wound care, or as an ICW wound care expert, are desirable but not required.
• An experienced mentor supports you during your 6 to 8 weeks of initial training. The theory takes place at the Melsungen site, and practical training takes place in a service area. A category B driving licence is required.
• You must be willing to move to the service area or already live in the greater Munich area.
