About this Apprenticeship
To support the "Corporate Project Management Office" of B. Braun SE, we are looking for an intern (m/f/d) from March 2027 for 6 months for the further development of an international project management environment based on leading cloud-based Microsoft products. The internship duration is 6 months, occasional home office/mobile work possible. As a staff unit of the Executive Board, the department is responsible for the support and further development of project management in cross-functional and international cooperation with Project Management Offices in divisions, central functions, and countries.
What You'll Learn
- Support in the further development and operation of a group-wide project management application
- 2nd level support for end users of a project management application based on Microsoft Project Online and SharePoint
- Participation in the development and implementation of interfaces to external systems, such as SAP
- Support in the development of scripts for automation of work/process flows, e.g., using Microsoft Power Automate platform and SharePoint Online or similar
- Participation in the organization of project-related training measures
- Recording and management of user requirements
Requirements
- Advanced studies in the field of (Business) Informatics / (Business) Engineering or related disciplines
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications
- First experience with scripting and programming languages, ideally PowerShell, JavaScript, Python, VBA
- First experience with the stylesheet language CSS
- First experience in agile requirements management an advantage
- Independent work, quick comprehension, and sense of responsibility
- Systematic and analytical thinking
- Reliability and creativity
- Good team and communication skills
