Machine Operator

B. Braun Melsungen AG at the Berlin site with around 1,200 employees is one of the large production companies in the medical technology and pharmaceutical industry. In our Competence Center Pharma Berlin we produce small-volume parenterals for our Hospital Care division, protecting and improving the health of people worldwide from here. For this site we are looking for support (f/m/d) for the supervision of our filling systems in the Mini-Plasco area as soon as possible.

• Operation of semi- and fully automated filling systems
• Monitoring and control of a trouble-free production process as well as rectification of minor faults or initiation of appropriate measures for fault elimination
• Execution of batch changes, line clearance, and in-process controls
• Procurement of consumables and packaging materials
• Participation in the implementation of quality, schedule, and quantity specifications under GMP, AMG, and AMWHV conditions
• Maintenance and upkeep of process-accompanying documentation in accordance with GMP
• Assistance with maintenance and repair of the systems
• Instruction, training, and coaching of new employees on the production systems as well as technical support
• Cleaning and disinfection of the systems and production rooms

• Completed technical vocational training or many years of relevant professional experience
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical production
• Experience with filling systems desirable
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system according to modern ergonomic standards is no problem for you
• Strong sense of responsibility and willingness to perform
