Product Management for Dialysis and Medical Consumables

Full-time product management position for dialysis and medical consumables, including infusion and drug preparation, within B. Braun's Marketing & Business Operations department.

• Responsibility for a portfolio of medical products and solutions for inpatient and outpatient care
• Responsibility for lifecycle management from the portfolio's launch
• Managing and supporting product introduction, training and changeover projects at customer sites
• Providing advice and practical support directly where users work
• Sharing knowledge and collaborating with colleagues worldwide, including attending international meetings
• Preparing business plans for your product area
• Working closely with the sales team
• Helping organise and support customer activities, trade fairs and conferences

• Several years of experience in product management for medical devices
• Understanding of clinical workflows and processes, ideally with experience in dialysis / nephrology and drug preparation and administration
• Strong skills in using digital tools
• Good English skills
• Strong focus on customers and service
• Willingness to travel, flexibility and ability to organise your own work
• Very good communication skills
• Ability to explain complex matters clearly
• Practical approach to getting things done
• Ability to work under pressure, work well in a team and present yourself professionally
