Qualified Nurse for Patient Management with a Focus on IV Therapy

B. Braun Gesundheitsservice GmbH is looking for a qualified nurse (m/f/d) for patient management with a focus on IV therapy in the Hamburg care region. The permanent position involves 40 hours per week.

Coordinating patient transfers from inpatient care and liaising with discharge management, hospitals, inpatient departments and resident physicians; ensuring home-based application advice and patient care, ordering medicines and medical aids on time, and coordinating with health insurers and pharmacies; conducting regular follow-up checks and documenting care using an iPad; acting as a network between patients, customers, hospitals, resident physicians and care facilities while proactively supporting sales activities.

Completed three-year training as a qualified nurse or nursing professional; experience in homecare and further training as a nursing expert in IV therapy, stoma, continence or wound care, or as an ICW wound care expert, desirable but not required; six- to eight-week onboarding with theoretical training in Melsungen and practical training in the care region; category B driving licence required; willingness to relocate to the care region or residence in the Hamburg region; determination, strong performance, clear and responsible communication, initiative, independent working style and willingness to travel.
