Site Manager Medical Care Centers

B. Braun Ambulantes Herzzentrum Kassel MVZ GmbH, with over 100 employees at several locations in northern Hesse, stands for modern, patient-focused cardiology care. It is looking, as soon as possible, for a site manager for the Kassel location.

• Organizational and financial responsibility for the strategic and operational management of the Medical Care Centers (MVZ)
• Financial management of the MVZ sites in terms of costs, revenues and profitability
• Ensuring compliance with administrative, statutory health insurance law and quality requirements according to the guidelines and standards of the B. Braun group
• Close cooperation with medical directors, shared service centers and non-medical staff to promote trusting and efficient collaboration
• Building and maintaining regional networks with relevant stakeholders such as hospitals, physician networks, KVs, health insurers and cooperation partners
• Supporting cross-department change processes and the successful implementation of change management initiatives
• Further developing outpatient care concepts and aligning them with the inpatient services of the region

• Successfully completed degree in business, ideally with a focus on health care management, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of leadership experience in a comparable position and solid knowledge of outpatient or inpatient health care
• Confident use of MS Office applications
• Confidently assess innovations and technological developments and integrate new solutions purposefully into existing processes and structures
• Strong leadership skills with excellent communication skills and sustainable development of teams and organizations
• High initiative, sense of responsibility and a strong hands-on mentality
• Negotiation skills, flexibility and resilience, as well as the ability to work successfully in a team
• Very good German skills, spoken and written
