Supply & Demand Planner HUB IBLA

B. Braun seeks to fill a Supply & Demand Planner position responsible for governing and standardizing demand and inventory processes in the IBLA region, ensuring a single methodology, indicators, and dashboard for all countries and entities served by the HUB. The goal is to guarantee forecast quality and inventory health through deviation analysis, KPI tracking, and definition of action plans with owners and deadlines. They will lead the preparation and analysis of demand indicators (FVA, FCA, BIAS, DPCRD, and forecast) and inventory (inventory validation, slow movers, non-sellers, expirations, and action plans), collaborating closely with Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Shared Services Colombia, SCM Local, Marketing Local, and B. Braun Divisions. The position has responsibility for methodology, analysis, and reporting, but not for market management, forecast definition, or presentation in demand review meetings, which will remain the responsibility of each country's SSC Demand Managers. Schedule: Monday to Friday until 5:00 PM, with occasional availability for extraordinary meetings until 7:00 PM when necessary.

Lead the governance and standardization of demand and inventory processes in the IBLA region. Prepare and maintain regional demand and inventory KPIs (FVA, FCA, BIAS, DPCRD, inventories, and coverage), providing analysis, deviation explanations, and action plan tracking. Consolidate and ensure a single version of information for forecast, inventory, and operational performance across all countries in the region. Develop inventory closing projections and monitor stock health through analysis of slow movers, non-sellers, phase-in/phase-out, obsolescence, and expirations. Drive and track inventory action plans, ensuring owners, deadlines, and escalation of deviations when necessary. Maintain and evolve dashboards and analysis tools, guaranteeing data traceability and homogeneity of criteria across countries. Lead continuous improvement, automation, and process optimization initiatives for Demand Planning and Fulfilment teams. Coordinate with SSC Demand Managers, Supply Planning, SCM Local, Marketing Local, Divisions, and subsidiaries to ensure achievement of regional objectives. Provide reliable and timely information on risks, incidents, and deviations that may impact service, forecast, or inventory results. Address internal customer queries and incidents and collaborate with the IBLA Project team on process and tool implementation and improvement. Act as operational backup for Demand and Supply teams when necessary, ensuring service continuity. Maintain schedule flexibility to address needs arising from different time zones in the IBLA region.

Academic background: university studies in Industrial Technical Engineering (preferably specialized in Industrial Chemistry), Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration. Experience in a similar role of at least 3 years in demand and/or supply planning. Exposure to IBP/S&OP processes valued. Knowledge of SAP R3 and SAP APO. MS Office (advanced Excel, Access); experience with reporting and automation tools (Power BI, Power Query) valued. Advanced English level. Portuguese valued. Analytical capacity and rigor in data handling, organizational and prioritization skills. Problem-solving and decision-making competence. Communication and influence skills without hierarchical authority, essential for a role that sets the method and measures teams for which they are not hierarchically responsible.
