• During training at the BarmeniaGothaer main office of Christopher Hasebrink you learn and apply daily agency work, holistic customer advice and our product range
• With modern tools you gain sales practice, including digital sales
• You learn to win, advise and support customers long term, create individual offers and process contract data
• We show you how to assess individual risks and put together suitable insurance packages
• You take part in our apprentice seminars and extensive exam preparation offers
• In our apprentice talent forge you are prepared for later work in sales. Together with all sales apprentices you go through product trainings and seminars where you gain professional and sales skills

• You have your school leaving certificate (from Mittlere Reife) and want to get started in practice. Even if you drop out of studies or started another apprenticeship, you can arrive and start here!
• You enjoy advising people and showing them solutions
• You are enthusiastic about digitalization and find modern digital tools easy to use
• Strong communication skills and very good expression distinguish you
• You enjoy pitching in with a collegial sales team
• At the start of training you hold a class B driving licence or get it within the first six months of training
