As an insurance agent at BarmeniaGothaer, you build trust, explain coverage clearly and build customer relationships, digitally and in person. Location Potsdam, full-time, start as soon as possible.

• You work in partnership with the agency management and so have a major influence on the company's success
• You look after a customer portfolio, keep expanding it and win new customers for yourself and BarmeniaGothaer
• You are the contact for all provision and insurance questions, using digital tools for software-supported, holistic advice to your customers

• You have completed training as an insurance and finance clerk, are a certified insurance specialist, or want to start as a career changer
• Communication and sales are your passion
• You act with a customer focus, are highly performance-driven and full of initiative
• You are enthusiastic about digital sales tools and use digital tools for the perfect customer experience
