The position is initially limited to twelve months, with the option to extend (15 to 19 hours per week). You are part of our team responsible for the service-oriented contract processing of international non-life programs for our exclusive and partner sales. You support us in carrying out administrative tasks in this area, particularly in the creation and verification of documents and the processing of procedures in the portfolio management system. The preparation and maintenance of Excel lists is also part of your area of responsibility. Ideally, you identify optimization potentials in our business processes based on your activities and actively support their implementation, for example through the use of Excel-based tools.
