Customer Service (Statutory Health Insurance)

Advising and supporting customers on BARMER's products and services in Bergen auf Rügen. Permanent full-time position with 38 hours per week, part-time possible.

• You are at the direct focus of customer communication and take on advising and supporting customer concerns about BARMER's products and services.
• You communicate in person, by phone, digitally or via other communication channels and effectively deliver on BARMER's brand promise.
• If needed, you also advise in English to serve all customers as well as possible.
• You process defined business processes independently and efficiently.
• You also actively support the team in sales activities and thereby contribute to BARMER's success.

• You have training in statutory health insurance or comparable training.
• Thanks to your strong communication skills, you can inspire our customers with our service strength and our products.
• Even in challenging situations, you look for solutions for our customers with empathy and sensitivity.
• In advising, you skillfully balance customers' interests with those of the company.
• For this you bring English language skills and are open to digital media.
• You are characterized by a high level of digital affinity and flexibility.
