Regional Sales

After a qualified induction, at BARMER in Aschaffenburg you take over your own sales territory, win new members and maintain existing customer relationships. The position is permanent, full-time at 38 hours per week, and part-time is possible.

• After a qualified induction, you take over your own sales territory.
• You win new members and maintain existing customer relationships in person, by phone, digitally and in the field.
• You build networks with relevant stakeholders and maintain them continuously.
• You present and market BARMER's offers in companies, partner businesses, schools and universities.
• You develop sales concepts and identify new customer potential with your good sales instinct.
• You carry out win-back measures.
• If needed, you accompany the training of the KiG and help carry out practical sales placements together.

• You have completed commercial vocational training or similar training.
• You clearly enjoy actively winning customers and already have some initial sales experience.
• With your good communication skills and tact, you quickly build trust with insured members and can win them over and inspire them on a topic.
• In your work you always focus on personal contact and have the mobility this requires in your region.
• You are distinguished by the ability to address our customers directly and specifically to their needs, as well as the willingness and perseverance to bring even complex matters to sales success.
• You like to be measured by your successes.
