You will learn how to process meat, prepare products and provide professional advice to customers. The apprenticeship takes place in Heiligenhafen.

Assessing meat quality and preparing it for sale or further processing; cooking, chopping and smoking meat and adding seasonings and preservatives according to recipes; producing sausage, delicatessen products, ready meals and canned goods; preparing roasts, schnitzels and minced meat; arranging the sales counter; advising customers and selling products.
