Retail Management Specialist Apprenticeship

Start your apprenticeship and further training to become a retail management specialist. Combine commercial vocational training with recognized further training. In just three years, you will qualify as a retail salesperson and then continue directly with further training as a retail management specialist. This provides excellent preparation for a career in retail and enables you to take on responsibility early and develop into a manager.

You will learn the operations of our department stores from A to Z. You will support the organization and execution of daily business in our department stores. By working in departments such as fruit and vegetables, groceries, non-food, administration and warehousing, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of the company. You will learn customer-focused sales and consulting and provide our customers with excellent service. You will support merchandise presentation and assortment planning and help with staff planning and management.
