You learn the processes of our department stores from A to Z. You support the organisation and execution of daily business in our department stores. By working in various departments such as fruit and vegetables, groceries, non-food, administration, and warehouse, you gain a comprehensive understanding of the company. You learn customer-oriented action in sales and consulting and offer our customers the best service. You support product presentation and assortment design and participate in planning and managing personnel.

A school-leaving certificate of Fachhochschulreife (university of applied sciences entrance qualification) or Abitur (general university entrance qualification).
