Apprenticeship as Retail Salesperson

You enjoy talking to customers, are communicative, and interested in retail? Then start your apprenticeship as a retail salesperson (m/f/d) with us and become part of a committed team. During your apprenticeship, you will learn to advise our customers competently, present goods, and understand business processes in retail. You conduct consultation meetings with customers, sell goods, and handle complaints. You also plan purchasing, order goods, and receive deliveries. You then check the quality of delivered goods and ensure proper storage. You label goods and help replenish shelves and counters as well as design sales areas. You also assist in planning and implementing advertising and sales-promoting measures. To this end, you observe the market and support product range design.
