Identification of potentials and development of new approaches for the further development of our company Analysis of markets, business areas, and processes as well as derivation of action recommendations Consulting and support of specialist departments and managers on entrepreneurial issues Development and implementation of measures to optimize and digitalize processes along the value chain Preparation of analyses, business cases, presentations, and decision templates for management Collaboration with specialist departments, managers, and various locations on cross-divisional projects

You have a successfully completed degree in a technical field (business/engineering) or business administration. You bring initial relevant practical experience, e.g., in industry, production, construction chemistry, building materials, or digitalization/transformation projects. You have a very good understanding of operational processes and an interest in actively shaping change and transformation processes in a technical environment. Your working style is characterized by proactivity, pragmatism, and structure. You communicate confidently at all levels and enjoy preparing analyses, concepts, and presentations convincingly.
