You produce asphalt and ensure that all orders are completed on time. You perform maintenance and repair work. You quickly identify malfunctions and rectify them independently. You operate the wheel loader to fill the plant.

You have completed an apprenticeship in a skilled trade or technical field, e.g., as an industrial mechanic, electrician, mechatronics technician, machine and plant operator (m/f/d), or in a comparable profession. Ideally, you have already gained initial experience in a similar position. You are proficient in control and automation technology. Teamwork, willingness to perform, and responsible action characterize you. You possess a class B driver's license.
