• You develop creative ideas for social media posts, videos and campaigns around our employer brand.
• You support the planning, organization and execution of photo and video productions at our sites as well as at trade fairs and events.
• You edit photos and videos, cut content and prepare content for our social media channels to suit the target audience.
• You authentically showcase employees, trainees and our diverse occupations and create exciting insights into everyday work.
• You follow current trends, test new formats and bring creative impulses to our digital presence.

• You are currently studying media production, media design, digital media, social media, communication design or a comparable degree program.
• Ideally you already have first experience creating, editing and cutting photo and video content.
• You are enthusiastic about social media and have a feel for trends, platforms and audience-appropriate content.
• Creativity, initiative and a strong hands-on mentality characterize you.
• You approach people openly and enjoy presenting employees and trainees authentically on camera.
• You are skilled with common image and video editing tools and confidently turn creative ideas into appealing content.
