Sales Employee in Internal and Field Sales

For our participating company Allgemeine Baustoff-Handels-Contor GmbH we are looking for a sales employee (m/f/d) in internal and field sales on a full-time basis for the Bad Harzburg region. You look after our existing customers personally, by phone and digitally and build up the cooperation long-term. You visit customers on site regularly, maintain existing contacts and win new customers for our products and services. You recognise market potential in your region and develop new sales opportunities from it. You monitor the market, relevant construction projects and competitive activities and derive targeted sales measures from them. You prepare offers and calculations, conduct negotiations and accompany projects from enquiry to successful order processing. You work closely with production, logistics and other specialist departments to find the right solution for our customers.

You have a commercial or technical training as well as experience in sales. Ideally you know the market in the Harz region and the surrounding areas and already have a good network. Experience in the construction, building materials or raw materials industry is an advantage. You recognise market potential and enjoy actively developing business opportunities. You convince with a confident appearance, negotiation skills and a strong customer orientation. You work independently and in a structured manner and are proficient in MS Office. SAP knowledge is an advantage.
