Sales Representative in Inside Sales

For our subsidiary Allgemeine Baustoff-Handels-Contor GmbH we are looking for a sales representative (m/f/d) in inside sales in full-time for our sales office in Bad Harzburg. You process customer inquiries, create offers and accompany them through to successful completion; You take over order processing from order to delivery and ensure a smooth process; You coordinate closely with our customers, the field service as well as the production and logistics departments; You keep track of orders, dates and delivery quantities and ensure high customer satisfaction; You maintain customer and order data and support the preparation and implementation of sales measures

You have a commercial training or a comparable qualification; Ideally you have already gained experience in the construction, building materials, raw materials or logistics industry; You enjoy dealing with customers and convince with your friendly and obliging manner; You work in a structured, reliable manner and keep an overview even in busy phases; Handling MS Office is a matter of course for you. SAP knowledge is an advantage; You like working in a team, take responsibility and tackle challenges independently
