• You learn the basics of IT service management and our ticket system.
• You take IT requests from our employees and support first-level support.
• You set up PC workstations, mostly with Microsoft products.
• You maintain technical documentation and help create operating manuals.

• You are currently studying at a university in computer science, business informatics or a similar field.
• You have a strong affinity for technology, are always solution-oriented and enjoy working in a team.
• You are communicative and enjoy phone calls and working with people.
• You are skilled in MS Office, especially MS Word and MS Excel.
• Handling sensitive data with trust is a matter of course for you.
