Plant Manager Asphalt Mixing Plant

For our DEUTAG branch we are looking for a Plant Manager (m/f/d) for our Falkenhagen asphalt mixing plant in Pritzwalk, starting immediately, full-time. • You are responsible for the safe and economical operation of our asphalt mixing plant
• You ensure timely production in the required quality
• You plan and coordinate maintenance and repair measures
• You lead your team, deploy employees effectively and develop them further
• You identify optimization potentials and continuously improve processes
• You ensure compliance with occupational safety, environmental and quality standards on site

• You have successfully completed a technical or commercial-technical training.
• You know the processes in a production facility and ideally bring experience in asphalt, building materials, recycling or industry.
• You have already led employees or want to take the next step into a leadership role.
• You take responsibility, act with foresight and pitch in yourself when needed.
• You work in a structured, reliable and economical manner.
• You have good MS Office skills and a class B driver's license.
