Production Employee

Our unit is responsible for the production of thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU). TPU is manufactured in several production plants for a diverse customer base with partly specific application requirements. In your new position, you will start up and shut down production plants and monitor relevant process parameters, including fault messages. By monitoring plant and laboratory data on screen, you will keep an eye on the quality of our products at all times and independently correct plant settings. With you, things run smoothly: you ensure the supply of raw materials to our production plants and prepare upcoming maintenance measures. Safety first! In your work, you always comply with occupational health, safety and environmental protection guidelines. Last but not least: you properly carry out documentation and archiving in the IT system.

• Start up and shut down production plants and monitor relevant process parameters, including fault messages
• Monitor plant and laboratory data on screen, keep an eye on product quality and independently correct plant settings
• Ensure raw material supply to production plants and prepare upcoming maintenance measures
• Comply with occupational health, safety and environmental protection guidelines
• Properly carry out documentation and archiving in the IT system

• Completed technical vocational training or equivalent qualification
• At least two years of professional experience in production
• Possession of a forklift license and willingness to work in a fully continuous shift system
